I would highly recommend Need a bin. I was impressed by their website and the information they asked such as were the bin was to be placed in the driveway. I found this helpful and liked that these questions were asked. When I first went on their website, I started with the chat to get a quote, then called in when I was ready and completed the process to get the bin booked. I was happy that I did not need a lot of notice to book the bin and also appreciated having the bin for 10 days which gave us the opportunity to complete our cleanup. A month later I booked another bin to finish the cleanup we were doing. I would not have booked them a second time if I was not happy the first time. We would book with them again.

I was extremely impressed with the manager. I had an issue and I didn't know how to handle it. The manager was extremely helpful and very patient with me. I am a senior and I had a lot of confusion with it as I had never done this kind of thing before. He stayed calm and explained everything to me and helped me through it all. Fantastic experience with this company. Their prices are super competitive. The drop off driver arrived within the time frame and put the bin exactly where I requested. He also put down plywood to protect the driveway from damage. They were a day late for pick up but called to let me know and I was not charged for the extra day, so I cannot complain. Pick up happened next day in the time window I was given. Any contact I had with customer service was wonderful. Would absolutely use Need A Bin again. Thank you!

The starting cost of our smallest size bin is $299 with a 10-day rental period included. Every invoice is subject to fuel surcharge and hst.
We can provide a live load service as long as we have 24 hour notice ahead of time. With the live load option, we include the first 30 minutes of loading time, and any time after 30 minutes will be billed at $1 per minute.
Our 10 yard bin is twelve feet long, six feet wide and four feet tall. (12’ x 6’ x 4’)
We offer 7,10,14, 20 and 40 yard bins for mixed garbage. If you need a bin for materials such as Asphalt, Concrete or Dirt, we offer a 5 yard and a 14 yard.

Any extension needed past the included rental period is billed at $20 a day, and $100 per week.
